The COVID19 pandemic has not dampened the intention of new Postgraduate Electrical Engineering students to continue to participate in PKKMB activities which are held from the University level to the Study Program. The activity took place from 9 to 12 September 2020, carried out online through the Zoom meeting video conference application and the YSU Youtube channel. The introduction is carried out optimally so that new students get important information about what must be prepared before joining the lecture agenda.

As happened at the PKKMB at the Postgraduate Program level of Electrical Engineering Education, YSU which was held on Saturday, September 12, 2020, there are various activities that have been prepared for new students. PKKMB activities at the Prodi level were welcomed by the Study Program Coordinator, Mr. Dr. Drs. Sukir, M.T., he gave directions on important tasks that students must do when they were studying, as well as providing information from course credits, publication of articles, to preparing thesis titles from an early age. He hopes that new students can prepare themselves to improve their competence while studying at the UNY Postgraduate Program.

After that, the event was continued with sharing and testimonies from alumni who were invited to share their experiences studying at the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering, UNY, namely Mrs. Tina Triasih, M.Pd. Yogyakarta State University and Mr. Rohjai Badarudin, M.Pd. from Yogyakarta State University. The presenters shared tips and tricks on how to graduate on time, and could have published articles that would later support student careers when they graduate and enter the world of work.
